The War between the sons of light and the sons of darkness has been ongoing from Cain and Abel. Most do not comprehend that when the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered in a cave (genizah), that one of the scrolls contained the knowledge of the generational war between the sons of darkness (unrighteous) and the sons of light (righteous).

This is what the Two Trees in the Garden are all about. One tree represents YHWH (the Tree of Life) and one tree represents SaTaN (the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil). Thus men, who are of the patrilineages of YHWH, the Father, and His contrasting mechanism, SaTaN, are referred to in the scripture as "trees":

"And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking." Mark 8:24

Here we see Mashiach expounding upon the two trees in men. Those men born as proxies for YHWH are known by the designation as "good trees", and those men who are born as proxies for Sahtahn are known by the designation of "bad trees":

"Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them." Matthew 7:17-20

Mark 8

23And he took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town; and when he had spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he saw ought. 24And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking. 25After that he put his hands again upon his eyes, and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly.

Jesus made the man see clearly. The fact that a blind man with spit and mud on his eyes related upright walking men to upright walking trees has a very shallow base for doctrine or theology. I really don't understand why you feel like this stuff is poignant, or even accurate for that matter.
