There are no prerequisites to receiving salvation. You'll never be good enough or have the perfect intentions or motives. ACTS 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Heaven is not a reward its a gift. For example you get a reward for doing something good. You get gift because a person loves you. JOHN 4:10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water. You can have this security also, all you have to do is believe that Christ came here and died conquering hell and the grave for you and ask Him for forgiveness. Life everlasting is there for you to choose. JOHN 3:14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: 15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. Only faith "full belief" in Jesus Christ can provide salvation. Ask Christ for salvation and go fellowship, Sunday school is a very good way to learn what God has for you. Post Reply
