Do not listen/read/accept the false teachings of anyone who refuses to worship Jesus Christ as God who came to earth and took on flesh for the express purpose to pay for mankind's sin with His own blood. Hebrews 1, John 1, Acts 20:28, 2 Corinthians 11:3-4, 1 Timothy 3:15-16

Mark such a person, and shun them. Titus 1:7-2:15

Ephesians 5:11-17 (ESV)

11 "Take no part in the unfruitful works of darkness, but instead expose them. 12 For it is shameful even to speak of the things that they do in secret. 13 But when anything is exposed by the light, it becomes visible, 14 for anything that becomes visible is light.

Therefore it says,

Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you.

15 Look carefully then how you walk, not as unwise but as wise, 16 making the best use of the time, because the days are evil. 17 Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is."

Well said Jude, and may I add;

"Now I urge you, brethren, note those who cause divisions and offenses, contrary to the doctrine which you have learned, and avoid them." Romans 16:17 NKJV

Deal with them as they come along, but once they are exposed as an enemy of the truth, don't allow yourself to get sucked into unending debate. See also 1 Timothy 6 and 2 Timothy chapters 2-4.

The top priorities for all mankind are to know God (personally), John 17:3; and to love God, Mark 12:30. Drink up the pure milk of the word, 1 Peter 2:1-3; and obey it, James 1:22.

Psalm 97:10-12 (KJV)

10 Ye that love the Lord, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.

11 Light is sown for the righteous, and gladness for the upright in heart.

12 Rejoice in the Lord, ye righteous; and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.

I have studied many religions and theologies why? There need`s to be people going into there camp to pull some away. In fact i will try to find that scripture that show it is a command.

https://www.biblegateway.com/verse/en/Matthew%2010%3A16

This was a direct command to infiltrate the enemies camps (meaning other religions).

How are we gonna wittness to others if we do not know what they believe

It is like saying. I dont need a map God will direct us. Good luck with that.

2pet 1:20

20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. Meaning no one will be able to rightly say the scriptures mean this cause the true meaning is know and is shared handded down regardless of Translation. If there was not someone taking the time to translate greek to english we wouldnt have it.

Not saying everyone needs to study other religions. Do what God has called you to do but be weary of how you condem anothers calling.

I had to apologise to GodsJude cause I jumped the gun thinkin she wasnt a Christian. Again apologies.

Christian apologetics is what I do or try. It means give a defence. It does say I am sorry.

1. Experience does not dictate doctrine.

2. Knowing what a cult/false religion teaches is worthless if you don't know what God says.

3. Know the context of a verse, and do not rip it from its context and create doctrine from it. Matthew 10:16 is about going into different Jewish communities in Israel, not to specific cults or false religions. In particular, Christ makes mention of going to the lost in Israel, and into the local synagogues.

Do not go into the way of the Gentiles, and do not enter a city of the Samaritans. But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. ... Now whatever city or town you enter, inquire who in it is worthy, and stay there till you go out. ... Behold, I send you out as sheep in the midst of wolves. Therefore be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. 17 But beware of men, for they will deliver you up to councils and scourge you in their synagogues." Matthew 10:5-17

Your claim that verse 16 is a direct command to infiltrate cults is not supported by the text, in the context of Christ's commands in Matthew 10.

4. Regarding 2 Peter 1:20-21, "knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation, for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit." You said, "Meaning no one will be able to rightly say the scriptures mean this", and immediately follow it with this, "cause the true meaning is know and is shared handded down regardless of Translation."

As to the first portion, There are many who can and do say scripture rightly means this or that. However, there is not an exclusive meaning that just one person receives.

As to the second part of your statement, the cause of knowing what the scripture says is handed down, but the illumination of God's word in the life of any individual, the revealing of God's meaning, is the work of the Holy Spirit. (1 Corinthians 2)
