This might offend some, but i will be writing this as the Holy Spirit has allowed me to see this from GOD Almighty's understanding.
At this time there are a lot of people demanding justice for a lot of different reasons, people that had been murdered , racial indifference, social status, job discrimination, and a host of other reasons.
First, what is justice, as we have mans definition of justice, and GOD Almighty's understanding of justice.

From mans point of view the demands for justice range from emotional to personal, even revenge.
Man DEMANDS justice when they have been wronged in almost any part of this life, and most of the time man demands INSTANT justice, sometimes more than what is necessary.
Does man have any grounds to seek justice for whatever may have been committed against them.
In a legal sense yes, but man is not always willing to accept the judgement that has been made, sometimes that judgement is that the one causing the offense might be set free.
Sometimes when seeking justice man himself becomes the one that causes harm to others such as riots, violent protests and vigilante attacks.
What does GOD Almighty say about His way to deal with injustice.
Isaiah 55 verses 8-9
8"For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways," declares the LORD.
9"For [as] the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways And My thoughts than your thoughts.
These are only a few Scripture that deal with the justice and mercy of GOD Almighty.

Since Man has been made in the image ( shadow ) of GOD Almighty, should not man then seek justice as GOD Almighty seeks justice.
How than does GOD Almighty seek justice in this life?
Does He desire justice or MERCY.
James 2 verse 13
13For judgment [will be] merciless to one who has shown no mercy; mercy triumphs over judgment.
GOD Almighty really is the only one that has the RIGHT to DEMAND justice, as everyone in this life past, present and future have not only offended Him, everyone has sinned against Him.
Romans 3 verse 23-24
There is no distinction, 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and are justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.
Jeremiah 14 verses 19-20
19 Have You rejected Judah completely?
Do You despise Zion?
Why have You stricken us so that we are beyond healing?
We hoped for peace, but no good has come, and for the time of healing, but there was only terror.
20 We acknowledge our wickedness, O LORD,the guilt of our fathers;indeed, we have sinned against You.
The question that needs to be asked is this;
What would happen to man if GOD Almighty were to have demanded JUSTICE instead of mercy, there would have been no need for the cross.
The cross is both His Judgement, Justice, mercy, forgiveness, redemption and life for each person that trusts Yashua Ha Meschiach to save them from the wrath of GOD Almighty.
