If you have a relationship with Jesus you can be controlled by the Spirit of God, if not then you are controlled by the devil

The scriptures i am going to base this discussion on are Romans 8:1-11; 1 Cor 2:6-16 and 2 Cor 4:1-6. If we have a relationship with Jesus by choosing to place our faith in Him, then we can choose to be controlled by the Spirit of God in all our decisionmaking but if we don't then we are being controlled by the devil. That is why it is very important to share and demonstrate the truth of the gospel in God's love with everyone as the Holy Spirit without forcing it upon others. You can't expect sinners to act like saints, that is why everyone needs Jesus. Don't be like the Pharisees in Matthew 23. Religious judgmental hypocrisy will only turn people away from Jesus not towards Him. Hate the sin love the sinner like it says in Matthew 9:9-13. I pray that this teaching will motivate us as Christians to win souls with the gifts God has given us in the body of Christ to reach others with the gospel in Jesus name.

There not lead by the Spirit in witnessing.

That is why we need to disciple other believers to find out their gifts in the body of Christ so they can be used appropriately according to scripture so it draws people to Jesus and not repel them away from Him Moonlight7. And it needs to be done with boldness, wisdom, humility and Christ's love. 1 Cor 13 demonstrates this.
