Posted : 4 Aug, 2012 09:19 PM My name is David I believe I am a nice guy, but young ladies here tend not to wink back or answer back when you write to them. Young ladies complain on this forum that young men on this site don't contact them, but when one decides to contact a young lady, they move quickly to write back and turn you down. Young ladies need to be more friendly and get to know these fellows a little better before they turn them down. If you had this type of experience write back and let all of us on this site know. Put a bit more about yourself on your profile. I can not speak for all the ladies but for myself the first thing that I do after receiving a wink or message is to view the senders profile. If there is not something on the profile that strikes my attention then I am not likely to respond to the wink or email. This is a dating site with hundreds of people on it you have to write about yourself and let the person viewing your profile know that you are worth talking to in order to get to know you better. And the first difficult lesson I learned is that people look with their eyes first. It used to disappoint me that men wouldn't look past my photos and just be interested in my profile. Then I realized I do the exact same thing! We all do. The picture attracts us first, then we look at the profile. I looked at your profile. I would add a few more pictures. Some dressed up, casual, whatever. Then I would add some more about you in the profile. Give those young ladies who decide to view your profile something interesting to read. Posted : 19 Aug, 2012 10:31 PM Honestly speaking the first impression is the physical aspect and there usually nothing you nor I can do about it. I also find myself guilty of the above because there is a certain type of guy I'm attracted to, but I we also have to apply the saying "not all that glitters is gold." I had to train myself to read profiles that I usually won't go for. I also keep reminding myself that I want to make more christian friends during this presses. Finally I always love to add to every response that: God's plan is perfect and never late (regardless of how we feel) He is a God of pacts and order. All things, all things even praying for hair) are possible thru him. Read G�nesis 24:7 and apply it to you prayer for that Godly mate. Just be patient. God bless! Post Reply
