desiresmanofgod View Profile History	Hi Posted : 24 Nov, 2013 07:15 PM Hi! I've been a Christian most of my life, and have had my ups and downs throughout the years, for sure. I recently lost a really close friend to death from drug overdose and moved to a different state for a job change, so I'm looking for new Christian connections. I've found a couple of church possibilities in my new location, but have yet to really get connected. Maybe it's because my friend died recently, and I'm not sure he was a Christian, but I so long for Jesus' return more acutely every day. I also have a new appreciation for praying for the lost and concern for others' eternal life. I've been evangelistic at heart for a long time, but now somehow it's more real, and more deeply felt.
