Well Hi welcome to the forum anyway from me in Ireland.
Making friends or getting deeper with Christ/sharing faith, the word of God, is something interesting to do. Some people are a bit stuck up and think they are too clever or something on the forum, but that's why its so good with God, because God makes them backwards,and He lifts the meek person.
I personally never would want to be friends with people who are too intellectual or confident in life, I like the down trodden, who have suffered and are sensitive, and there are some ladies who do not like too confident or successful of a man, they know these types have their eyes on everybody. So all we have to do is pick ourselves up, dust ourselves down, and it is easier for the sensitive to gain enough confidence to impress wise women, than the over confident to ever lower their mighty prides.
It is meant to be, this type of world, where we do honestly and get no reward or justice for it. People prefer bad these days, but look at the hope, when all this bad happens, lift up your head, your redemption is drawing very near..
Luke 2:26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken.
28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh.
