Thats a great question. In short the answer is 'it depends'. I do not claim to fully understand how everything will work but I will understand.

For the last period of time (say) 6,000 years most people have been on similar pages. However circumstances will not be like that forever.

the above has been drawn on prophecy rock. (although my interpretation might not be the typical interpretation I will share the view) Some people will gladly except the opertunity to be less and less human...but there is another group of people that say science and ai are nice however that is not going to stop me from being human, I will continue to do things like plant corn and potatoes. I reject the 'primrose path of ease'. I do not need a machine to carry me around rather I will walk if I am able!

So the answer to the question "Where will the science take us?" is it depends...I plan on accepting new science like I take cough syrup. However some people throw caution to the wind an drink from the bottle

Recently I was watching a t.v. show where a quilt was being made. At a certain point the host noted that some of the stitches did not properly line up. 'Flaws/imperfections' are normally a hallmark sign of something that is not mass produced. I have thought a little about it and machines typically make everything the same. It is my belief that in the future many of the products will all be the same. So currently speaking giving someone a hand made scarf that contains a noticeable flaw might be seen as a 'mistake' but in the future the flaw might be valued!

I an watched an interview where the ceo of "Old Glory Bank" was being asked about his opinion concerning the direction that the job market is traveling in.

I would like to repeat his position: people were told in the 1990's 'learn to write computer codes' or at least go to college an get some sort of white collar job'. But now the recomendation is that people learn some type of trade, like an electritian, or a plummer. Technology is not yet able to send a robot to a job site and have the robot wire your house, also robots are not yet able to preform plumming work, however ai is able to write computer codes by using a website called "base44.com"

Yep! They want to replace us with computers, automation, and robots.

Elon Musk wants us all to each have a couple robots.

There are people that say that they do not like the direction things are headed in, but I am not sure what direction that those people would like things to travel. Its like a teaching that I learned a few years ago...I have no right to be disappointment in the outcome of an event unless I can define how I wanted things to happen.
