Above all she must have a solid relationship with God, not just a Sunday morning Christian. 2. We have to share common interests--Seems Saved and I were cut from the same cloth, maybe they used pinking shears when they cut me out since my interests are so varied, I don't know, but fortunately I found the one person that I'll be able to have shopping cart races in Walmart with! 3. I'm a nutty guy sometimes so a great sense humor is sure gonna come in handy. 4. Patience--I'm a little thick headed sometimes and have a tendency to stick my foot in my mouth and unless she has the patience of Job, I'm gonna be spending a lot of time in the dog house. I have a lot of banjo picker in me, so it's gonna take a while to get used to some of my backwards ways. 5. Enthusiasm for life--that's kinda self-exlanatory, but I'm not really a couch potato, I like to get out of the house sometimes and just go on little adventures. Maybe Disneyland in the middle of winter, volunteering at the local mission, dancing in the rain for no reason, or I might even want to challenge Mr. Six to a dance off some day. Who knows! Not just in words but transformed by the word of God. Allowing it to change his life. 2. Understand who God has called men to be in the home in his relationship with his wife and children in the church and the community and not shy away from that. 3. Honest 4. I would know that besides his personal relarionship with the Lord I am the second most important relationship/person in his life and then our children. 5. Respect and Strenght Post Reply

This mean not only is he saved, but he is also actively attending church, and living the life God has called him to serve. 2. He must be willing to serve God in whatever capacity God has placed him. This does not mean full-time service, but being used by God, i.e., Sunday School Teacher, Musician, etc... 3. I also look for a man that has a caring heart. 4. A love for music, or else we just would not get along. 5. Someone who can be both serious and funny. Post Reply
