Ok so guys....if you message a girl and say she's not interested, would you want her to send the generic I don't think we're a good match rejection message or not even reply? And say she does reply with a simple message is that leading you on?

It's all the same to me really. A lot of guys just get their hopes up too high and unfortunately there's nothing you can do about that.

hahaa,i would rather get a simple reply,even if it was saying,"Drop Dead" atleast they recognized Your existance....

maybe that is a difference between the guys and gals,

It can be a bit complicated. I know I have sent a specific reply to some women turning them down and they write back getting all defensive. Others that I write to say thanks, or don't even reply. I think that it doesn't matter what you do, you are going to offend someone.



Personally, I would prefer a some sort of message, the more specific the better.

For me it depends. If my message was the first and I get no reply it doesn't bother me at all. If there's been any actual conversation and then they just disappear it gets on my nerves.

Honestly, I don't expect every person whom I send a message to to write me back. Less than 50 percent do anyway. It's always nice if they do... and I probably think a little higher of them if they write me back something simple with no questions attached that I really can't add much to... and that is usually my hint that it's time to move on.



If I write to someone and hope for a response... I always ask at least one question that centers around why I even bothered to write in the first place (not all of my messages are to people I have an interest in... some are just curious questions about a picture or something they say that is... different) I feel that if they are at least interested in continuing the conversation... they will probably ask me a question in their response. Obviously, if they do... they want me to write a second email. That's how I look at it, anyway.



The only thing I can say that does get slightly disturbing is on occasion when I've sent a message and the person reads my profile after getting my message but they never bother to even open my message to see what I had to say to them, personally. If they read my message though and that's that... well.. I hope they at least good a good smile out of it.
