LOL. Yer funny. It depends on what you're using it for. If you need to cover something in the oven, use aluminum foil. If you're covering a ceramic or plastic dish to put in the fridge, use plastic wrap. So, you need both.:yay:

awww, I see, well, I think you should avoid both and just use tupperware with lids :applause: Then you won't have to ever worry about buying anything ('cause tupperware will last practically forever) and it'll be good for the environment . . . and . . . they're much better for stacking . . . if you try to stack dishes that are covered with foil or plastic, well, you could have a mess on your hands! heehee

And yes, Ian, I stole "yer" word (hahah!) I'm a little southern, little country, and a little yankee all mixed together

gotta agree with the plastic ware. rubbermaid makes a good set (can buy at wal-mart!) that stacks great and its cheap enough one doesn't feel bad about throwing it out. :eat:

shy away from putting foil on tomato based products, the acid can eat away the foil. yuck. And microwaving with the plastic wrap is questionable, as there is some advice positions that the plastic leaks into your foods (like re-using water bottles).
