I want to live life and life to the full - to love and serve God and have fun in the process.
I enjoy understanding what makes people tick; helping fix broken hearts and lives, sharing my love of Christ with others; new adventures; animals (not insects especially not gastropods); visiting new places; eating out and in (especially preparing feasts for family and friends).
I'll try most things but do enjoy: conversations about life, the universe and everything; walking (especially with my dog); dancing (Ceroc and Ceilighs in particular); entertaining; cooking; cake decorating; gardening; interior design; travelling; and, new adventures.
I've walked on hot coals, climbed a fifty-foot pole and jumped off to catch a trampoline just out of reach, swam with dolphins, helped rescue three lion prides and a polar bear or two, slept in a hotel made of ice, taken a husky ride in minus 45 degrees over a frozen river ... but I must admit nothing replaces the thrill of seeing someone welcome the Lord into their lives for the first time.

I converted from being a Muslim in my twenties and have a tried and tested faith. I love the Lord and serving him. I will go wherever God takes me.
I am training to become a counsellor whilst helping out at the church, leading bible studies, helping at the church's community cafe.
