I grew up sailing around the world, I have lived in several countries. I don't do beer and football however I will do Rugby and dry cured meats. I have an accent, no not like Forrest Gump.
I have done the massive house, white picket fence thing... it's not for me. Having "stuff" is not what excites me, focusing on the little things that so many take for granted and spiritual growth is where I am at. Consumerism is a cult. Modern homesteading, living off the land and growing my own food someday are areas of interest for me.
I think outside the box, it may help if you do as well. I am hoping to meet someone who can be my best friend, confidant, partner in crime and carry my backpack (kidding). No seriously, let's grow old together, hang out on the porch and gaze at the stars.
