One of my favorite scriptures is from Mark 6 where Jesus is on the mountaintop watching over the disciples in the storm below. Like most of us, I've been through a few storms in life, dodging fiery darts, but I know that He is always watching over me... that His love is never failing and never ending.
I live near KC, but have a cabin in Branson that is up for sale. I am mostly retired now from occupational therapy, but still remodel and flip on the side. I have 2 sons and 3 granddaughters in Utah and Florida, so bluegrass friends near me have become part of my family.
I am thankful for so many things... salvation, faith, family. And thankful for times when God has used me to lead worship, to serve, and to help the broken hearted (listen, listen, love, love). I'm in a couple of bluegrass bands.
I stay active, eat healthy, and am financially secure. I love to camp, jam, hike, bike, kayak, sail, golf, play pickleball... I enjoy just about anything outdoors. I'm praying for a faithful man who loves God and me... someone to share life (his and mine) wherever God leads.
