I’m easygoing, a bit private, and kind of an oddball. Not into social media that much unless I’m looking up information, but I watch a lot of YouTube videos though. It’s where I get most of my independent news sources. As well as info about random things I’m interested in. I’m also interested in nerdy stuff like gaming, anime, and science fiction. Also, I do sometimes watch scary movies/shows. Just letting you know since a lot of people don’t like them. I’m mechanically inclined and a bit of a handyman that can fix stuff or put things together. I eat a kosher diet. Would like to start a garden at some point. I try to eat organic so I cook most of my meals, but I do still eat out on occasion. Recently been thinking about a more self sufficient lifestyle, but that’s something that is going to take more time, God willing. I also like lifting weights. I’m INFJ-A/5w4 if you’re curious about stuff like that. I’m politically independent if that is something you needed to know. I don’t really put my faith in men or corrupt government systems. But I do support policies that are good for society/people as a whole. I don’t support policies that go against God’s teachings however. So I don’t support things like abortions or lgbtq+. Also, I like a person for their morals, values, personality, and not just their looks. I also don’t have a preference when it comes to race/ethnicity. I like a person who is humble, honest, and doesn’t think that others are beneath them. I don’t really care about how educated, wealthy, and popular you are. Or your material possessions. I’m more interested in what type of person you are and if we are compatible. And no, I don’t expect someone to have certain traits that I don’t already possess myself. I’m not interested in superficial relationships or surface level things either. I’m looking for a deep and meaningful connection with someone. So you know ahead of time, I don’t date women with children. Also, I have no interest in hookup culture, fwb, or polygamy. Looking for a biblical marriage/ lifelong commitment with someone. Someone who is willing to uphold their vows and the covenant that we make with God. So I’m also looking for someone who is willing to put in as much effort as I’m willing to into a relationship to make it work. I’m sure there will be ups and downs, but I need someone who’s not going to give up regardless of what happens or what this crazy world throws at us. I want someone with resolve and endurance. I don’t expect you to be perfect or anything because no one is. I’m not perfect and have my flaws as well. All that I ask is to be striving for spiritual growth and becoming a better person, or at the very least try to, one step at a time.
About my Faith: I consider myself non-denominational. Just thought it was odd we had so many different denominations amongst one another. I guess since we’re not all alike, we think differently, and look at things from our own unique perspectives, it was inevitable. But I think when Jesus comes back all these denominations will most likely go away. We will all be united under one truth and that truth is Jesus. Well, that’s how I see things anyway, lol. I don’t currently attend church, but have gone since I was a kid up until a few years ago. Not against going to church if you’re wondering. I have not completely disregarded gathering with other believers. Since technically, we are suppose to be the body of Christ and work together. It would just have to be the right church. Or gather in any place really. It doesn’t necessarily have to be at a church. God dwells within us and connects to us through the Holy Spirit, not buildings. Our bodies are suppose to be the temples. Just saying :) For me personally though, seeking God on my own has been way more beneficial for my spiritual growth at the moment. I do have a personal relationship with him. I do read the Bible and apply the knowledge it has into my life. I also currently practice the sabbath from sunset Friday until sunset Saturday. I also decided to stop celebrating holidays because of their origins I suppose. It just feels weird for me personally to celebrate them now. So I’m also looking for someone who doesn’t or is willing not to celebrate the current holidays. A tall order, I know. I would prefer coming up with separate family traditions/days to celebrate with someone instead though. Since I do still want the closeness and bonding a celebration can bring to a family. Also, I would then know, for sure, that the days in question didn’t have any shady/questionable origins. I also would like to continue to learn more about and celebrate the biblical holy feast days with someone. Just as Christ and the early Christian church did.
