But I guess when I do, sometimes I like them to be a bit more than "hi. wassup?". If someone really wants to talk to me, start a conversation with me, mention something we have in common, or at least make me feel like it isn't one of 20 "hi. wassup?" emails you send out to about every girls. View Profile History	How may email do you get? Posted : 15 Aug, 2010 10:00 AM I get on average 4-5 a week. Many are from men younger than me who don't know how to address me. I just answered one a minute ago where his heading said, "Hi, sexy". Then of course I get a scammer about once a week whom I turn in to admin. I get emails from women as well as men friends like Edw. I always respond to each one, even if just to say "I don't think we'd be a match". No, I don't get overwhelmed and for sure do not let it go to my head. Post Reply
View Profile History	How may email do you get? Posted : 17 Aug, 2010 02:50 AM I used to be completely overwhelmed on here... I'm trying to remember how many messages I would get in a day there for awhile... A dozen or so maybe. It seems like there were a few days where I got 20+. I am SO glad that things have slowed down now!! I suppose it's because I'm less active on the forums now and I've switched out my pictures to less attractive ones and I've totally changed my profile. I've tried to be unappealing and it's worked =) It didn't go to my head, other than that it was just tiresome to try to figure out how to deal with all of the men. I would get irritated because I really didn't want to sit here all day responding to men I wasn't interested in. Having a few people to message with is fun, but having a ton just makes it seem like a chore. Post Reply
