He has several properties to choose from and provides you with the following introductory list of properties all appraised around a million dollars : *Penthouse in a large city of your choice *Secluded cabin with acreage in a forest of your choice *Ocean front property on a beach of your choice *Spanish Villa with 1000 acres in a desert of your choice *A Condominium in a resort town of your choice *A Yacht in a harbor of your choice *A Ranch House on a farm of your choice SO!.... (except my house of course) would love the ranch house but wouldnt know what to do with the farm, would love the penthouse but cant stand traffic of a big city...the beach front property, nah, tsunamis, storms...condo, well that doesnt sound bad but I couldnt think of a resort town i would like to live in.
