Green Flags, Oh Yeah, that's what I'm talking about!

What makes you purr like a kitten, wanna just grab a man squeeze his stuffings out, to say I will follow you any where, to want to be his Ruth?

That's the kinda stuff I what to know!

Oh, I can hardly top MsMarvel!

In an online profile: when he mentions his personal relationship with God.

When he has a variety of pictures (not just face shots) that give an indication of his personality/interests.

When his profile text makes me smile or laugh.

When he is a man in his 50's or 60's who does NOT have his age settings of who he is looking for set to 10+ years younger than him.

Josh Groban singing I wish upon tonight to see you smile is a total green flag itd make anyone purr like a kitten, but follow him around like a basset hound.

I know heroism is another green flag in my book! When the man will be brave and do the right thing in a wrong situation, to help another living person that is so green flag-ish.

Also, some really nice people are fried, because everybody brings problems to them, because they know so much. --I see your atoms, and I split them type thing. Often, after helping so many people, these types of people take on a practical, somewhat hard attitude, expecting people to at least learn to be as smart as them. But when you find someone who loves to help, even though technically others could learn to be just as smart, that is very rare and endearing.

Hmmm...

A man who is honest and real integrity, even if it means doing the right thing even though its uncomfortable or doesn't benefit him in any way.

A man who behaves like a true gentleman, not a caveman. ;)

A man who loves God...more than he loves himself, his family, his car, his job, his dog, his hair, his house...or any other thing. He follows the will of the Holy Spirit.

A man who listens and wants to hear what you have to say, and doesn't try to pick a fight over a simple opinion or idea before you're even done talking.

A man with a sense of humor that doesn't rely on swearing, racist jokes or bathroom humor. He can be silly and goofy to make me laugh, but can also be serious and responsible when the occasion calls for it.

A man who is kind, easy going, and optimistic. Who has self control, patience and is thankful for the little things in life.

A man who can actually communicate, both in the written word and verbally, who isn't afraid to tell me how he really feels, so I don't have to play guessing games to figure out what he's thinking and feeling. Just tell me.

A man who doesn't assume he has me all figured out inside of a month and then doesn't take the time to get to know me any better. It takes a lifetime to really know the mysteries of a womans heart and soul.

A man who loves animals and children. It shows he has a sensitive side and in his heart is a family oriented man.

A man who asks for you to pray for him, wants to pray for you, and is willing to pray together.

A man who is independent of his parents and can think for himself, but still has a good relationship with his mother and father. (He still wants to spend the day with them from time to time, or volunteers to help them out if they need it.)

A man who is willing to stand up and fight for what is right, and good, despite what it may look like to his friends.

A man who will never take sides (even in a game) against his woman. He views the relationship as a team...not fighting against each other.

A man who is willing to profess his love, protect his woman and provide for his family.

Appreciate Bugs Bunny and I am yours...uhh WOULD have been yours!

Seriously, (I know, I know...but I really CAN be serious!) and I know this may appear corny, but a guy who can be brought to tears during prayer or worship is a beautiful thing to witness. I am always in awe of men who become uninhibited during worship and literally "cry" as they cry out to Jesus!

Oh, and read to me from the Song of Songs and I am yours forever!

I totally agree with these points!

I'll add a few of my own:

Asks lots of questions and genuinly wants to know me. Gets me talking.

Send her cute little texts/ picture texts throughout the day to let her know you're thinking of her.

Calls me cute nicknames.

Insists on doing "manly tasks" for me (ie: opening jars, reaching high shelves, lifting heavy things, opening heavy doors, squashing spiders, etc...)

Leave her a little note or gift somewhere unexpected (taped to the steering wheel of her car etc...)

Handwrite a letter and mail it to her (old school style)

R. Mordant Mahon on Youtube.

and I've seen his wife. I just LOVE her too!

I love the way their eyes sparkle when they talk to/about each other.
