I didn't watch it, but I assume that Herman Cain and Ron Paul did outstanding.

I've been a Rand Paul supporter since he began his campaign for Senator, and honestly, without any real research, I automatically broadenedmy loyalty to Ron Paul this year. But after last night, I'm a little disappointed in his ideas on national security. Personally, I feel our government's number one priority should be keeping us safe and I'm just not as sure about Paul as I had been. I like everything else RP has to say, but that's a biggy to me. :)

Hermain Cain did exceptional with the --little group of Repubs there, they asked them questions, ugh, I can't think if what it's called, sorry--. Only one person came in with Herman Cain as a front runner, and I believe it was over 75% of them had changed their mind during the debate. None had their minds totally decided, but all were disappointed in the other rumored Repub candidates that weren't there.

I want to hear more from Herman Cain. I'd like to feel more comfortable that he is speaking his ideas rather than what someone else has told him to say. So far, I like him. :)

No I do not have cable. However, when I vote I might flip a coin this time.

Heads one guy

tails the other

I didn't watch the debate, but I know from listening to his radio show that Herman Cain is really good. I'd definitely vote for him. My only hesitation is that he doesn't have much political experience...but then again, that might not be such a bad thing!

As a political science major, even I did not watch the debate. Most of my friends in the field did not watch it either. It is hard to have a meaningful debate when practically all of the contenders or probably contenders with any realistic chance of winning were not in attendance.

I will still probably watch it eventually, I have heard some good things about Herman, Cain but he will probably not get the time of day in latter debates when the big names start showing up.

I didn't watch it mostly because I knew Mitch Daniels probably wouldn't be there. If he runs, I'm pretty likely to put my support behind him since he's been a good governor for Indiana and I think he'd make a quality president as well.
