Greetings my name is David I go by the nickname of DJ, I would simply like to ask all you finally music out there young and old A simple question about me and my profile. My question is this if you take the time to read it do you think I put way too much information and would you get bored reading it? And should I shorten my profile information to some key basic points in less than a paragraph that would be easier and take less time to read I am confused and need a woman's opinion please, thank you.

I know this is ask a girl but I got plenty of dates last time I did the rounds on here a couple of years ago.

I'm not in a rush to meet anyone yet so haven't completed my profile.

If I were you I would cut down on your photo's, say 3 max and lose paragraphs 2 and 3 because nobody wants to be lied to etc.

Hope this helps.

i have a longer written profile and i think it works. I do not mind reading longer profiles, think it as a window of your home, what would you like to share and what would you like others to see once they sneak in. An empty one will make it uninteresting.

I would keep it but just keep the recent pics of you, and also talk more about what you are looking for, to be honest it seems that you talk to much about yourself...idk hope this helps

I'm not sure if you changed your profile yet or not.

If you decide to keep older photos up, perhaps you could tell a short version of your backstory.

I have a long profile and it has been shortened. I tend to be detailed and communicate my thoughts better when they are written down. When speaking in person or trying to get to know a stranger, it helps knowning some common ground to discuss. So with that being said it appears that you have provided a starting place.

I believe the length of a profile is also best viewed in the eye of the beholder. In general a one or two lined profile is typically not going to be enough to start a conversation.
