Whoud you Stay?Posted : 17 Dec, 2019 08:23 PMIf he cheated once, asked forgiveness and we got some counseling i would stay. Unfortunately, this sometimes turns into almost an addiction...if the man has low self-esteem, he might continue his "search" for importance by cheating. That's grounds to leave..don't expose yourself to degradation or diseases. |

Whoud you Stay?Posted : 2 Mar, 2020 09:48 PMWhen I visited my home country Hungary for the summer a couple of years ago, I have noticed something interesting. There seem to be far more couples in Hungary than in America. I think, it is possible that in countries which are very poor, like Hungary, people are forced to stay together. And if two persons work two jobs each, then they can survive somehow. But if one person tries to make it on his own, it's impossible. So, even if they are not a good match, many people stay together for financial reasons. And that's true when we look at poor places. But in rich countries, there are a lot of independent men and women who don't really need each other and couples divorce over insignificant small things, because they CAN. |

Whoud you Stay?Posted : 6 Mar, 2020 08:43 PMSilver - it seems your answer is an example of what cupcake said... money is often the cause of divorce. 1 Timothy 6:10 says basically money is the root of all evil. so perhaps poor people do stay together out of necessity. |
