If this is the first that you've met the girl, it's probably not wise. If she's someone you've known for quite awhile, but have just now started to date, then I don't see a problem with popping the question. I'm sort of thinking that you're partly kidding, though. After all, I can't propose to a girl in good conscience without knowing her opinion on sundresses! Hahaha By the way, yes I'm joking. I just met her today. She's a great girl though.
