Which of these is more romantic to you 2 ...

1) Going out to see a movie with a special guy or staying home with him and watching a movie together while barefoot snuggling on the couch?
2) Dressing up and going out to eat at an atmospheric restaurant with a special guy or staying home with him and enjoying a romantic candle-lit dinner the two of you cooked together?
3) Taking a barefoot walk on the beach with a special guy or staying home with him and listening to your favorite albums and singing along to the love songs on them with him while you barefoot snuggle on the couch?
4) Honeymooning someplace special in the United States or honeymooning someplace special in another country?
5) Writing love letters in the sand or writing love letters sent and received by regular mail?
1) Staying home with him and watching a movie together while barefoot snuggling on the couch -- but leave off the "barefoot" part...I'm a socks girl.
2) Staying home with him and enjoying a romantic candle-lit dinner the two of you cooked together.
3) Taking a barefoot walk on the beach with a special guy -- and yes, barefoot this time!
4) Honeymooning someplace special in the United States -- it would be far less stressful to stay in the USA...besides, if I got to go to another country, I would want to go and do and see everything, and that's not the point of a honeymoon.
5) Writing love letters sent and received by regular mail -- there is just something really, REALLY special about getting a letter/card in the mail. Email can't compete with it, and neither can writing letters in the sand. Even if it's not a love letter, getting a real one is special. A good friend of mine is going through a rough time right now, and his birthday is this week...normally I just send an e-card and write "Happy Birthday" on his Facebook wall, but this year I actually sent him a real card with a real letter inside, and enclosed a Christmas CD that I recorded last year. I'm hoping it'll cheer him up.
1) Staying home, watching a movie, and snuggling =) I'm NOT a movie theatre kinda girl. I always end up behind someone tall or near someone noisy or next to the person who gets up and climbs over your legs every 30 minutes... Watching movies at home are much better!
2) Definitely staying home and cooking/eating a romantic dinner together. While I like going out for dinner, it's not really anything special for me because I go out for dinner with my parents fairly often. My mother doesn't really cook... I actually got really sick of eating out all the time when I lived there.
3) Hmmm. I used to like the beach. Now I have a bad memory associated with it and will be awhile before that fades. So, I guess I would say staying at home and listening to music and snuggling. Not so sure about the singing, though!
4) I agree with pianogal here. While there's a ton of stuff overseas that I would love to see, that's just not the point of the honeymoon. I want a relaxed honeymoon, and I don't want to feel like I've missed out on something if I end up just staying in the room the entire time getting to know my husband.
5) Definitely snail mail letters!!! I would totally swoon if I got a snail mail letter from the object of my affection. And I would write back too =)
1) Going out to see a movie with a special guy or staying home with him and watching a movie together while barefoot snuggling on the couch?
Staying home watching a movie together, only the snuggling if married though, I'm old fashioned!
2) Dressing up and going out to eat at an atmospheric restaurant with a special guy or staying home with him and enjoying a romantic candle-lit dinner the two of you cooked together?
Definitely a candle-lit dinner for two!
3) Taking a barefoot walk on the beach with a special guy or staying home with him and listening to your favorite albums and singing along to the love songs on them with him while you barefoot snuggle on the couch?
A walk on the beach.
4) Honeymooning someplace special in the United States or honeymooning someplace special in another country?
Doesn't matter as long as we're together, if there even is a honeymoon!
5) Writing love letters in the sand or writing love letters sent and received by regular mail?
Regular mail, nothing touches the heart more than knowing the guy cares enough to write you a letter that way!
Thanks, gals, for all of your replies so far!!! :hearts::hearts::hearts:
I'm SUCH a BAREFOOT ROMANTIC GUY!!! :dancingp::dancingp::dancingp: So ... I LOVED, LOVED, BAREFOOT LOVED reading each of your romantic preferences ... and, especially, seeing too that all of you feel like I do that love letters sent and received by regular mail are FAR MORE BAREFOOT ROMANTIC than any other kind to your hearts!!! :bouncy::bouncy::bouncy:
1) Going out to see a movie with a special guy or staying home with him and watching a movie together while barefoot snuggling on the couch? ___ If we were dating or courting, neither. I'm not a huge cinema-goer, and I don't really think it would be wise to snuggle alone at home. As for which I think would be more romantic, definitely staying at home. No weird popcorn smells.
2) Dressing up and going out to eat at an atmospheric restaurant with a special guy or staying home with him and enjoying a romantic candle-lit dinner the two of you cooked together?___ Either could be romantic.
3) Taking a barefoot walk on the beach with a special guy or staying home with him and listening to your favorite albums and singing along to the love songs on them with him while you barefoot snuggle on the couch?___ What is with the bare feet? The latter would be more romantic, in my opinion, but I would choose the beach if it wasn't too cold.
4) Honeymooning someplace special in the United States or honeymooning someplace special in another country?___ Barefoot? It would depend on our finances and what we had budgeted out for the honeymoon. Both could be equally romantic (or unromantic).
5) Writing love letters in the sand or writing love letters sent and received by regular mail?____ Writing in the sand is sweet, but I'd prefer to have them mailed to me so I could keep them.
