In fact, at one point I'd given up entirely. But a few weeks later, I said to myself, "look. you spent way too much money on this not to give it a good go." And it doesn't work every day, if you know what I mean. And it's occasionally uncomfortable - but you can adjust it, try again. The instructions give some ideas, too. I will say that everyone I know who's stuck with it long enough to get the hang of it absolutely swears by it. Of course, they also use neti pots. . . (Kidding. I also love my neti pot.) Post Reply

Kinda related subject...I'm chuckling because I don't know if any of you have funny memories of when you crossed that milestone way back when. My mom made a big deal about it, told my dad and then the whole family when OUT FOR PIZZA! I guess they were happy for me, I don't know! They treated it like some rite of passage! :laugh: Heck, why not buy a cake and invite the neighbours, too? :laugh: No one really said it, but it was the unwritten reason we were going out and everyone knew it. That was more than my little 12 yr old self could take. :glow::laugh: I'm 45 now and still remember it. Post Reply
