I thought I didn't care but now my emotions are in such turmoil, angry, sad, relieved, regretful, angry....Thinking about it just stirs up old memories (our marriage broke 14 years ago) and old pain. I want to yell and scream, but I won't. I just need to stay busy and get over it. Thanks for "listening". NB Post Reply

I took my mom to a doctor appointment then pulled weeds for her, now I feel 100% better! What do you do to get out of a pity party? NB Post Reply
riveroflife1 View Profile History	pity party Posted : 19 May, 2011 02:24 PM I went through that when my ex got re-married last year...but I figure, better her than me. it's been almost 9 years, it's normal to feel like that. when i feel all "pity party-ish" I just cry and get it over with, then it seems to renew my strength and my outlook changes.
