It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son(sacrificial) Ephesians 4:2-3 2with all lowliness and gentleness, with longsuffering, bearing with one another in love, 3endeavoring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. Now that is a pretty good place ro come from in a relationship but doubt that is what they mean when they say love is enough. Post Reply

It's meeting the right person for a Mate that's often difficult. Couples that respect, love and trust each other usually can build a good relationship! Many people cannot love a Mate Unconditionally so it doesn't last! Post Reply

After all you're the one who said that he was a good guy and yet against the scriptures you divorced him. I'll bet he still loved you even after you ripped his heart out just because you decided you didn't love him anymore. (if you ever did) You thought like so many women that the grass was greener on the other side, but found out it wasn't. Most women don't love the man, they love what the man does for them. It's called hypergamy and comes from a woman's natural self. Women instead of denying their natural self embrace it, even most so called Christian women embrace it whole heartedly. Feminist influence has brought out hypergamy on steroids. In the modern world if a husband loses his job or contracts a serious illness the wife almost always divorces him. But if the roles are reversed then the husband almost always stays and takes care of his wife. Men are willing to die for their family's, women leave at the drop of a hat. Post Reply

My response: In the past you said more than once that your husband was a nice guy. And you also told me that the Bible say's a women can divorce for any reason. So I'm responding to what you've previously said. Your husband was a good guy and yet against the Bible, you tore his heart out. What you did is a great example of women not loving their spouse in the same capacity as their husbands love them. When a wife divorces her husband it hurts him deeply because he invested a large portion of his heart into her. He was invested in her for the long haul. But modern wives aren't. Most women enter into marriage ready to cut & run if they aren't kept happy enough by their husband and so there not invested in the marriage or the family to the same degree as men. Women have no clue how deeply men love them because they don't experience that kind of love and find it so easy to kick perfectly good husband to the curb. Post Reply
