Why do they teach wrong is right and right is wrong? Why is not being a virgin for your first husband no big deal? Why is divorce so embraced by the church? Why is marriage after divorce so welcome? I'm not seeing any follow Christ's teachings. I'm not seeing anyone following the teachings of the Bible. Right is wrong and wrong is right. Post Reply

People dismiss and discard Bible verses. The church does not address many issues. When the church does address issues, it often teaches the opposite of what the scripture says. People thus never learn what the scripture says. It is a right is wrong, wrong is right education that we receive. Post Reply

What a contrast to Bible teachings where parents were to guarantee that their daughter was a virgin for her first husband. Post Reply

(1 Corinthians 7:28) Posted : 15 Mar, 2026 12:44 PM The only place in the Bible where a man is commanded to marry concerns virgins. (Exodus 22:16 and Deuteronomy 22:28-29) Other than that, if a man's brother dies without having a son, a man may be commanded to produce offspring for his dead brother by assuming the wife of his dead brother. Those are the only circumstances where marriage is commanded. Then there are many more where a guy is told not to marry. Now we marry those that the Bible tells us not to marry and we don't marry those that the Bible tells us to marry. It is very flip-flop. Amazing how poorly churches are doing at teaching what God teaches us. Most of the Bible gets discarded. Post Reply

So 97% men are forced to marry women that another man has already deflowered. And to make it even worse some may have already had 100s of men. Post Reply
