I can never be rightous without Jesus and only in Jesus do I have righteousness and without Jesus I would be seperated from God for all eternity because I am not righteous. Post Reply

Posted : 27 Sep, 2013 11:47 AM I'd also say Christ is the standard, and more specifically, I think the standard is God's/Christ's character, "Be ye therefore perfect", it's His love, spelled out in His 10 commandment law, displayed and fulfilled by Christ in His perfection and His sacrifice. :peace::peace: Post Reply

Only through Him are we made righteous and are saved but by His Torah we find out how to live righteously. We have been given the way to live righteous by Y-shua (G-d Himself) in Torah, and it is not our own idea of it. Post Reply

One would think they would be first to answer since they are the bible answer team. Im sorry one is the bible answer king and other copy and paste queen. Posted : 29 Sep, 2013 07:23 PM Might be true, but try not to follow their example, I'm sure they think they are doing their service to God, just like we think we are. I think it's alright to call people what their fruits/actions demonstrate, the apostles did when the need arose, but we've got to watch our "tone" when we do. Spread the love!
