funny to me (not ha-ha funny)Posted : 28 Sep, 2013 09:31 PMIt has always been funny to me (not ha-ha funny but ironic funny) that the Jews miss the way of salvation is the �new testament� so to speak Y-shua and the non-Jews miss the way of holiness is the �old testament� Torah. How are so many blind to what He Himself said, He did not come to do away with Torah but fulfill it. |

funny to me (not ha-ha funny)Posted : 29 Sep, 2013 07:15 PMJesus and the apostles ONLY had the old testament for their scriptures. it's a little mind-blowing to think about considering how we look at the scriptures now. The old testament was quoted and endorsed and paraphrased by Jesus and the apostles almost constantly. You can find descriptions in the OT for everything taught in the NT; the transition to the new covenant, the entrance of the gentiles, etc, it's still all very relevant to our "new covenant" experience. |
