The threads and and the Word of GOD Almighty are to be used as such. Not for revenge, or to put others in their place. 2 Timothy 3 verses 16-17 16 All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; 17 so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work. I will ask David, profit and adam to repent, and to encourage one another unto Faith,, love and good deeds.

George says its wrong to “put others in their place”. Then George contradicts himself by doing exactly what he forbids of others, yep, putting others in their place!!
Even in his hypocritical parental correction session, George reverts to his usual derogatory name calling with a cut to another member as “profit”. The members name is Prophetic not “profit”, George

George, please review your own past posts and apply your snobby criticism to them. You have called names and put others down simply for disagreeing with you. After you’ve conducted a thorough check on yourself, please repent of your hypocrisy.

George, I’m not trying to become your enemy, I’ve often agreed with you on certain things. In this thread, I’m merely citing your inconsistency as indicated. Another inconsistency l haven’t mentioned, concerns your quote of 2Tim 3:16-17. By citing the passage, you seem to encourage correction and reproof. Then in an abrupt twist of intrigue and irony you criticize those attempting to do that very thing.
Correcting heresy is not uncommon in Paul’s letters and even throughout the whole of scripture.
But you lumped those willing to correct and expose a disproven historic heresy with the one promoting it.
You even seem to imply a hazy sort of unity with the teacher of heresy.
George weren’t not talking about promoting a healthy work place environment here, we’re talking discussion forum.
While it’s not necessary or right to attack the individual person, nevertheless, the person’s ideas and philosophies are open to vigorous critical review.
2 Timothy 3:15,16: 4:1,2: You have known the **HOLY SCRIPTURES**, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. **ALL SCRIPTURE IS GOD-BREATHED** and is useful for teaching, **REBUKING**, **CORRECTING** and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. For the time will come when people will not put up with **SOUND DOCTRINE**. They will turn their ears away from the Truth and turn aside to myths!

I warn everyone who hears the **WORDS OF THE PROPHECY OF THIS BOOK**: If anyone **ADDS** anything to them, God will add to him the plagues described in this Book {Including **ETERNAL HELL**} And if anyone **TAKES WORDS AWAY** from this book of prophecy, God will take away from him his share in the Tree of Life and in the Holy City {The New Jerusalem}, which are described in this book."
THE GREAT COMMISSION: Matthew 28:18-20: Jesus says, “All authority in heaven and on ***EARTH*** has been given to Me. Therefore go and make disciples of *ALL NATIONS*...teaching them to **OBEY EVERYTHING** I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very *END OF THE AGE*!”
I Corinthians 15:2: By this gospel you are saved, if you **HOLD FIRMLY** to the **WORD** preached to you. Otherwise you have believed in vain!
John 14:21-24: Jesus says, "Whoever has My commands and keeps them is the one who loves Me... Anyone who loves Me will obey My teaching, My Father will love them, and We will come to them and make Our home with them! Anyone who does not love Me will not obey My teaching!"
I John 2:3-5: We know we have come to know Him {Jesus} **IF** we obey His commands. The man who says, "I know Him," but does not do what He commands is a liar and the truth is not in him. But if anyone **OBEYS HIS WORD**, God's love is truly made complete in him! This is how we know we are in Him!
Titus 1:9: An overseer must **HOLD FIRMLY** to the trustworthy message as it has been taught, so that he can **ENCOURAGE** others by **SOUND DOCTRINE** and **REFUTE THOSE WHO OPPOSE IT**!!
Thank you Richard, I appreciated your help exposing and refuting Adam’s acceptance of the historic perfectionism heresy.
I wonder if it’s entirety possible Adam is a sincere believer who has been decieved by some false teaching along the way.
His claim to be sinless yet his false accusations that he hurled relentlessly certainly leaves me flummoxed. Why he stooped to the level of attacking people with name calling and the afore mentioned false accusations rather than attack their argument confounds me further.
At the same time, I realize all of us are responsible to periodically examine ourselves as the Word of God commands.
You’re not true only one making mistakes. I’m often ashamed when I recall from my own experiences. I was just reminded of a very appauling thing I said years ago that still haunts me. I’m grateful for God’s grace!
