Concerning Dowries it would be good for women to pay dowries for the Men they choose today for husband! Since many men complain about hard to meet Wifey woman for decades now!



Woman can pay cash or property to the woman's mother or sisters.

I prefer Bible custom of a "bride price".

In such, the woman is owned by the man.

Here in the States, military personnel are the property of the U.S. government. So, if a man pays a bride price, therein, the wife is owned by her husband.

But I am sure that many men would go along with what you propose and that women buy their husbands.
