Upon recieving the help State law dictates that the aid workers need to be driving a certain vehicle. An emissions inspection is a test that measures the pollutants emitted from a vehicle's exhaust to ensure it meets environmental standards. Many states require these inspections to help reduce air pollution and improve air quality. -At least 24 people have died across the Los Angeles area. Officials have said the true death toll isn't known as the fires continue to burn.- I guess the thought is that the liberals/progressives want to provide fresh air for people to breath when they attend the funeral.
