(deversity, equity, and inclusion)...20 years ago it was called afirmative action. But here is the point: when "experts" review a certain industry it is determined that their are too many or not enough of one kind of folks. For example their are to many 'white', 'black', 'red', 'yellow', 'orange', 'gay', 'straight' people so the 'experts work to change that. At first glance it sounds like a decent idea, but here is what ends up hapening. The 'experts' examine the business and the bank might have an A+ rating but there are to many white people working at the bank...so when it comes time to hire people there might be 10 job aplicants and there is an obvious best qualified person to hire but that guy is white so the second best qualified person might also have the wrong shirt color, the list is gone down until a person is found that has the correct shirt color. However the main stream news media is hopeing that maby the crash did not happen because some people were hired to fill a position that were not that qualified.
