Fitness Challenge Week 1

This weeks goal in the fitness challenge is to drink 8 8oz glasses of water per day and walk the equivalent of 1 block for 4 times this week.



Over time we will increase the fitness challenges.

Well, I got all my water in today. Yeah.

Walking, two flight of stairs and a block. So, whew. Yippeeeeee.

Still can't get past 32 oz. of water...but I need to keep it up. I know I need it.

Margo - it took me six months of trying before I could get to at least 40 oz a day. Now it does not seem too much.

So far, so good. And today I added 4 flights of stairs.

Margo, if you can't drink 64 oz, right now, it's okay. Keep in mind that any tea you drink, and a lot of the fruits you eat contain enough water in them as well. Also coffee, I guess.

Today, so far, 80+ ounces of water and still going. Drug myself down the block and back. I think it was a turtle that lapped me, but it could have been snail. Ah well. Never promised anyone speed.
