Posted : 17 Oct, 2010 10:35 PM In the evenings when I'd come home and see the warm glow in the windows from the lights on inside and hear my mom's voice welcoming me home. Such sweet memories... When I was younger and I'd be petting my dog, I'd wipe his sweet little black nose dry, he'd lic k his nose, I'd dry it, he'd lic k it... He'd have me giggling and then he would give me sweet doggie kisses. Post Reply

My mom will tell a story and my sister will interupt to give a detail she may have forgotten or did not think was important. My mom gives my sister the eye and then the two bust out . When I am leaving for work she comes out and gives me a kiss and tells me to have a spirit filled day. She tucks me in at night...wow I am starting to cry I miss her..She is back home in the Bahamas..Hopefully I will see them for Christmas...Warms my heart and makes me smile Post Reply

Being around my family, even if some are missing. (Not because, I assure you) Always after teaching Sunday School my heart feels warm. Making three puns in a row. Post Reply

Watching the satified look of ppl who are full from a meal I cooked Finishing a blanket I've crocheted (I start/stop a lot) Anytime the anointing/God's presence fills the room/church Post Reply

When I remember all of His blessings in my life, I smile. When I'm spending time with Him, reading His Word, doing a devotion and praying with the Holy Spirit, I smile. Sometimes I'm filled with the laughter/giggles of joy when He reminds me I don't have to worry, HE is in control of my life, and everything that may SEEM not to be IS working out for my GOOD!!! :yay::yay::yay: When I give and receive a loving hug, I smile. When I remember the good times shared with the pets in my life and their unconditional love and joy in being with me, I smile. When I or someone I know and love receive an answer to prayer right away, I smile. When I watch DANCING WITH THE STARS and SO YA THINK YOU CAN DANCE (because I'm a frustrated dancer who must vicariously enjoy dancing since I became physically-challenged at 16), I smile. When I watch a romantic love story, snuggling barefoot with a gal I love, I smile. And I SMILE A BIG BAREFOOT SMILE every time I see the love for me reflected in the eyes of a gal I love!!! :hearts::hearts::hearts: One of the love songs I've written is all about the love in a gal's eyes and on her face for the guy she loves ... its titled: "She's A Lady In Love"!!! :hearts::hearts::hearts: Steve Post Reply
