Posted : 12 Mar, 2009 11:45 AM Hi Guys, Suppose you came across an attractive woman who knew her bible well and had a deep passion for Christ and had a genuine love for the brethren and spreading the Gospel...BUT..during her testimony she discloses she at one time was a big Porn Star and slept with hundreds of men and even women. But now she is a new creation in Christ and has abandoned her past! Would you still date her? Does her past really matter anymore? Blessings! Walter Post Reply

You know, most people who engage in the behaviors that have been discussed in this post are not happy with their behavior. Many have emotional issues stemming from abuse and neglect, that have caused them to look in the wrong places for attention and healing. We can not ever fill the emptiness with sex, drugs, alcohol, money, shopping, relationships, or anything of this world. Only Jesus can fill that empty space inside of us. He alone satisfies, He never dissapoints, He will heal us and confort us. He is all that we need. When we see people lookinng for love in all of the wrong places, let's point them to our Lord and Savior,that they too may know His love, joy, and peace. In Christ, Lydia Post Reply

They break my heart, I'll break theirs right back. :laugh: And yes that is true. Nothing in this world can fill up the emptiness in our hearts. Only one person can, and we all know who that person is. :) But just to let you know, some people do take advantage of the bible. We can always ask for forgiveness and still do it again as many times as we want. :) Also, I don't think they are even trying :rolleyes: I know two similar Christians. One of them has a girl and cheated on her because he needs something warm in the bed, and its before marriage. The other does repent but keep doing it. He said when he gets a girl he'll stop going to strip clubs and all that other stuff. Like when he get married or something. I'm like yeah. Then when he goes to judgment with God his excuse will be something like this, "Man, you shouldn't have made this woman so beautiful lord, you know I am a very weak man. :laugh: Well he told me something like that. Well, all I can say is be careful who you choose and all I can do is, go with what ever my heart can tolerate =D "Love is all about giving not receiving." Post Reply

I love it when people try to bash the ex porn star who is now a Christian trying to make her life right. Why? Because the image of Jesus with the town prostitute and all the men wanting to stone her comes to mind. This story was told to me by a man who was in training to be a preacher and it gives new insight to that story. We all think Jesus wrote in the ground "those who have not sinned" but this man said it was really "those who have not slept with her" Oh gee did I say she was the town prostitute? Let me say it this way....she was the town bicycle and everyone had rode her! That is why the men dropped their stones. Now for this porn queen. I am not going to point fingers, but how many of you have seen a Playboy or Penthouse at least one time in your life? How many times have you been to a bachelor party and there was a porno movie or a stripper there? Before you pick up any stones against is woman make sure your heart is free of sin or you are no better than the men wanting to stone the prostitute in the village square. The last words to the prostitute by Jesus was "woman where are your accusers"? Jesus then said "go and sin no more" and I am sure that is just what this ex porn queen is trying to do. Post Reply

Then decided to do things right. I'm just saying why not do the same? I know many others that are playing around and not planning onto getting married anytime soon. So basically, they are playing around before marriage and will decided to lock themselves up to one person after they have Finnish doing what they are doing. To tell you the truth, I am seeing many of those type of people. We just going to forgive them for what they have done purposely? After they decided to do things right after they are threw? I truly can't do it. I'll forgive them but that doesn't mean I have to be with them. After a long concentration and thinking about it for many days. My heart cannot tolerate it. Post Reply
