Suggest something to me...

I'm going to see family in about two weeks. A 14 day trip to CA.



Being out of the "loop," for the last two years, I'm not so sure about what's good in the movies.



Can anyone make a suggestion as to what you'd go see?

You asked for suggestions to see a movie while you were in the good ole USA for 2 weeks, and no one responded. I don't know if that's indicative of what's coming out of Tinseltown lately or just the fact that we're all slackers...however, I did see "Where the Wild Things Are", based on the kids book - it was not what I was expecting, but there were some good points to it. I just don't think I'd recommend it for young kids. However, I don't remember seeing much else this past fall...and I love movies!



Maybe the next time you're in the US, there will be a better selection.

Brother David, no suggestions from me since I ain't had a date in what seems like that long! lol

"Up" is on DVD and I thought it was a great movie.



As for movies in the theatre, I can't think of anything I want to see.



If you are interested in love-struck vampires then you might want to check out "New Moon".
