It's not a secret recipe or anything (it's from a Betty Crocker cookbook), but no one else in the family can make it turn out as good as I can. I also make really good waffles and pancakes. Posted : 23 Jan, 2011 05:11 PM Date candy-never get to bring any home (my recipe) Key lime gooey cake (my recipe) Divinity-the name says it all (family recipe) Angel food cake-so light it floats on its own Pound cake-left over egg yolks of the angel food cake, saved for the family (some things are just for loved ones) Loaves of bread-they are scrumptious Pizza-from the crust to the toppings. It is a LOT of work though, so does not get made very often. Post Reply

Granted, I usually just open a jar of Prego and add some meat if I'm in a hurry, but this recipe is MUCH better if I have the time to actually do it right. Post Reply

Posted : 24 Jan, 2011 02:08 PM I think anything I put my mind to comes out really good (or so I've been told) I cook good mexican food and my daughter says I make better italian food than her work and it's an italian restaurant, haha. hope it doesnt sound like I'm bragging but i'm a single parent who couldnt afford to take the kids out to mcdonalds when they were small and so I needed to learn how to cook :) Post Reply
