Spice Cabinet (girls & guys)Posted : 5 Dec, 2010 04:10 PMI use a felt-tip pin to write on the spice jar when I open it. That may seen like O.C.D., but it really helps determine just how old the spice you need is. |

Spice Cabinet (girls & guys)Posted : 5 Dec, 2010 07:26 PMI've got lots of jars of stuff; but how many do I actually use? Usually just salt (NOT sea salt, bleh), pepper, lawrys all season, garlic powder, minced onion. The rest is for the once or twice a year I cook chili for the church chili cookoff. They've probably expired though. |
