Down time.....Posted : 7 Oct, 2013 07:11 PMLadies, as believers we know that we are to stay connected in and with The Lord by prayer, meditation, reading His Word, corporate worship, ministering, etc. My question is when you have or make time for "you", what are some of the most relaxing/satisfying things you really enjoy doing? |

Down time.....Posted : 7 Oct, 2013 08:40 PMThe most relaxing 'me time' activity that I loved most was taking my little one (my dog) for a walk. That stimulated me more than anything else, more of a fun exercise cause she'd make me run. Think she enjoys when i'm chasing after her, she'd wait for me cause she Knows I can't keep up with her pace.... Then she'll be all jumpy and excited as i'm rubing my hands all over her, and her sense of being humble everytime I touch her head, I don't know what she feels but she'd be still and look directly to my eyes with a selfless expression (will never get over those moments with her). |

Down time.....Posted : 8 Oct, 2013 03:36 AMI love watching football . . . Usually I go to the earliest church service for those 17 weeks in the fall, so I can get back home to watch as much of all three NFL games every Sunday. |

Down time.....Posted : 8 Oct, 2013 05:12 PMUsed to be running...I could solve the world problems out for a couple mile run. Now it's walking through a park, a mountain trail, or on the beach picking up shells and rocks. |
