Personally, I make several New Year's Resolutions and seek to pray about at least one of them each morning and evening. Though I never keep them all, over the years they've helped me progress toward improvements in various ways. Though any day is a great one to commit to positive change, New Year's Day seems especially appropriate. Post Reply

I agree that it's good and appropriate for Christians to set goals and to actively seek to attain them. While I do set New Year's Resolutions, I also set goals at other times of the year. Post Reply
