As I've been skimming profiles on this dating site, I have increasingly noticed alot of women put watching UFC in their interests. Is there any women that lurk in this forum, care to explain how they possibly could see this as a great thing to watch?

I can't even believe putting two people in a cage, smashing each other to a pulp is even legal, yet tons of christian women seem to mention it as one of their top interests! yikes:boxing:

Maybe the acronym they use, means something different entirely, like Ultimate flower channel. :prayingm:

Maybe they're trying to impress and/or be one of the guys.

Wow, do women really put that on there? I've never watched it in my life, nor do I WANT to!

There's a little boy in our neighborhood ( about 8), who apparently watches with his dad----- and his idea of playing seems to be very different from the other kids------ they want to ride bikes, play ball, etc.,and he wants to wrestle, karate kick, put them in a head-lock like the guy on ufc did.

Maybe it's just a phase he's going through----------

but I don't understand why anyone would want to watch that-- and allow their children to tune in.

Maybe the young ladies who say they like it get a kick out of seeing jerks beat each other up?

I first heard of cage fighting last month. It makes no sense to me. However, to each their own.

Wait, they actually show that on TV? Well, I was thinking on getting TV soon, maybe I will just not bother now.

Why on earth would two people voluntarily taking part in a competition be illegal? UFC is just a combination on a lot of other sports people don't seem to have a problem with.

victory7, I agree, I see alot with this interest on other dating site like pof, was suprised I was running in a lot of profiles lately on here that had it though.

Yes tulip, alot of other 'sports' are pretty disturbing, too, but seems to say alot about culture though when people beating each other up is considered a competition. Even look how they made animal fighting is illegal, even though two animals are willing participants, wanting to fight on instinct.

just for entertainment of it, I went to advanced search and within my specified age range, there are 47 women that list ufc as an interest. 66 list mma as an interest, 90 list boxing as an interest. :MrT:

I don't understand it either. They're likely one of those so-called Christians in name only people.
