It's foolish to have children in wedlock and get divorced. That kind of thinking is not supported by the Bible so I don't even know why people who claim to be Christians are even considering it as OK!" Foolish to have kids in marriage and foolish to have kids outside of marriage. You treat it the same. Both be foolish to you. Yet, I am among those who want kids, and it cheapens marriage to not be open to kids. You did not anticipate divorce, then divorce came along. After you had a kid, then came divorce. Why bother with marriage? Why bother with customs that replace what the Bible teaches? But still, I give worth to having children. Only details are important. So I have had one woman. But like you, I experienced that that woman was unfaithful. Now I am getting to the age of WHY BOTHER? Still, I want kids. But yes, it is stupid to marry. My own opinion is concubinage over marriage. I will like some adult agreement with an unmarried woman. Details are important. But I don't need the customs. Customs only replace God's word. God's word is 1 Corinthians 6:16. My own view is that woman was made for man. Women are to be monogamous. When a guy dies, a woman is free to have another. Every person is always replacing what the Bible says. Anyway, we are all sinners, but not every sinner is on the same page. I am looking for same page sinners and to have children. I do not think of all as sin. And not everything is law. There are not many commandments to marry. Only in some instances is marriage commanded, and people don't want to follow what the Bible teaches then either. So, I want to keep the essence of scripture, and not marry under human ideas which is a certain way for failed marriage. The government not marry us, then the government can't divorce us. Post Reply

I also understand the logic behind not wanting to be tied to a woman and the potential problems that would bring while raising children. And it's a fact that single parent households where the father is raising the children have far better outcomes then when a single mother tries to raise children. He was never married but had a child by some woman I didn't know. I had to say No way, I had to move on after a divorce with children already. Oftentimes people make mistakes. I looked him up years later, he got married and had 2 children by his wife and she already had 2 by a previous relationship. He had been in the military and was in Desert Storm war . :neutral_face Anyway he would make a great dad . I talked long time in the phone with him . And had good conversation. I wished him all the Best. Btw worked out his wife was not home, it was during the day. My happy to have had good relationships!! I know Men are good . haha Post Reply

If one keeps typing without shortening each line, the right side of the message disappears off the screen, so i must deliberately shorten the lines. But if others do not also shorten their lines, I cannot completely read what they write either. So, I don't know what all is said in some of these blogs. It seems to occur when lengthy links are added into the blogs. Post Reply

Delete and they just keep coming back. Its a way to get rid of us who do not seem to want to Upgrade. I would if it were a relationship site that actually matches up dates. Post Reply
