Oh no what ever shall we do...a "district judge" is pushing lawlessness

-The judge says a 90-day detention period has expired and the government has no viable plan for deporting Abrego Garcia. The Salvadoran national was mistakenly deported to his home country last year and later returned to the U.S.-

I think the 'wizard' has made it clear for the less intelligent among us...American citizens have no right to expect that this country should have borders or laws. If someone from another country wants to illegally cross our borders...even if a federal agency deports the criminal, some 'know it all judge' can still gum up the works. It looks like the lawless individuals have won yet again...or have they?

Congress has the authority to establish and abolish lower federal courts as outlined in Article III of the U.S. Constitution. While it cannot eliminate the Supreme Court, it can modify the structure of inferior courts, potentially leading to the dissolution of many federal judgeships if it chooses to do so.

This is just one of many examples that P.D.J.T. has to deal with. He's the one who has to make the decisions to get garbage obstructionist people like this out of the way if it's possible. But he also has to rely on those under him get a lot of this stuff done and I think that's where the bottleneck on a lot of things that should be moving faster.

Ecclesiastes 3:16

And I saw something else under the sun: In the place of judgment—wickedness was there, in the place of justice—wickedness was there.

Ecclesiastes 5:8

If you see the poor oppressed in a district, and justice and rights denied, do not be surprised at such things; for one official is eyed by a higher one, and over them both are others higher still.
