Believers are the ones whos Faith is in Jesus and what he done on the cross. He alone died for Us , for all the sins of Mankind. Believers have been made new creatures, who can now respond to our Creator with love. worship, and obedience . God is our creator. God created the Universe. Post Reply

But some Christians think they receive spiritual guidance by certain inner feelings, intuition and some claim to experience the voice of God or the Holy Spirit or Jesus speaking directly to them with words not from the Bible. Sadly, these “Christians” most certainly are not hearing from the real God as they think. They most likely are hearing from a false god or evil spirit. Post Reply

LittleDavid View Profile History	Other Religions Posted : 19 Sep, 2019 07:28 PM All religions, except what Jesus taught, amount to vain attempts to seek a man made god or at best, they seek a human imagination of the real God. No other religion, except truth from the Bible, teach that man is desperately wicked, a totally lost case whose hopeless end will be lost in the fires of eternal hell. Yet other religions suppose man is yet good enough deep within to avoid eternal punishment. They teach humans can motivate within themselves a change of course and begin to do good. The “good” they do would save from the wrath of a god. It doesn’t work that way says the Bible because God doesn't consider the “goodness of a sinner” worthwhile. A sinner can no more do good than a filthy cloth can clean things. Everything a filthy cloth touches is not made clean but is contaminated further. Same with a sinner. The only hope for a person is God who sent Jesus to take away sins because only he is good enough to do it. That’s another thing worldly religions can’t do. None can tell the truth about the hopelessness of all people and none can save from God’s coming anger against sinners Post Reply

Alligator View Profile History	Other Religions Posted : 30 Sep, 2019 10:30 PM Jesus is the only prophet to die and rise from the dead to be seen and touched by people before he went to sit at the right hand of His Father. Muslims, Hindus, All other religions who follow their own prophet have nothing in reality because when the man they follow died, that was the end of him. Jesus is the ONLY person who died and then later visited his disciples and friends. He even let Thomas touch Him. Doing what He asks of us is the only way to get to Heaven. Other religions do not have this hope. Post Reply
