dear ladies, would you date a man or marry a man who was not as highly educated as yourself?

Do you mean like he's only graduated from high school or not even that? I don't think having a certificate makes you smart or wise, so, yeah, I think I would.

For me it's not the education as much as the drive. What is his outlook on life, and his drive to have a "good life" good not meaning dollar wise.

I expect that a man has at least graduated highschool, but it's much more important that he is ambitious and goal-driven rather than "well-educated" with a college degree. Anyone who takes pride and joy in his work is very attractive.

Not being thoroughly educated does not indicate a lack of intelligence or good working ethic. Would I prefer that my husband have a level of education similar to my own? Sure, but his personal accomplishments and driving ambitions can say so much more about a man than just a degree.
