Admin	It is important to be of the same faith Posted : 30 Aug, 2009 07:36 PM Dating someone of the same faith is important because the whole idea of dating is to find the one you'll spend the rest of your life with. The whole idea of marriage is to grow with that person. When you get married you want to grow and change with them. To do that, you must be walking in the same direction spiritually. The Bible does say to not be unequally yoked with unbelievers. Post Reply

We are not save because of our religion; it's our faith and through accepting our Lord Jesus who died on the cross to redeemed us from our debts and failures. And also it's going to be a battle between husbands & wives on how they are going to train their child if they don't have the same faith. Post Reply

It is written 2 Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? Pretty obvious we cannot change it. Most especially if you are into relationship and wopuld plan to settle down and have your opwn family. The couple should have the same Faith, believe or doctrine so that their children will not be confuse once they grown up. Aside from that its god to see that a couple worship the same God, pray together as ONE in God. That's why 2 body became ONE...their not just one in LOVE but they MUST be ONE with God as well.
