LittleDavid View Profile History	Genesis gap theologians swallowed the evolution lie Posted : 13 Apr, 2024 07:12 AM YES‼️‼️ You can’t make this stuff up‼️‼️‼️ We have “Christian” Bible “scholars” and Bible teachers who believe there is a million or maybe a billion year gap somewhere in Genesis 1 You heard right, I DID say “Bible scholars”‼️‼️‼️ But you would surely think a “scholar” would be more than adequately equipped to think logically, intellectually and academically and reject such nonsense‼️‼️‼️‼️ It would seem such that such highly qualified persons would be equipped to know better‼️‼️‼️ However, when the “theory” of evolution came along, some people in the academic establishment thought they saw a blinding epiphany in the mythical Big Bang and so the compromise of science began in earnest. What was formerly known as science and academic competency, (ie when theology was referred to as the “Queen of the Sciences”), soon became regressed into a 20th century modern dark age of anti-intellectualism. In that, we have the dinosaurs, so to speak. I personally believe in a young earth. That the world is not billions of years old. Stalactites and Stalagmites form much quicker than people think. Such as under the Lincoln Memorial. I believe there was a lot of activity like the giants, and I think many things pre-date before the flood, such as the pyramids and other structures and megalith stones that exceed modern ability and modern machinery capabilities to move or construct. After the eruption at Mount Saint Helen's, scientists immediately began to error in their projections and more error was found as the geological record of sediment deposits are not always as the science casts. Somethings are much quicker and not millions of years old. But what does it matter? I think continents drifted apart at the Great Flood. I think some are trying to hide that there were giants upon the earth because they do not want to open up people to Bible narratives. I think there are cover-ups of some facts and some observations in order to give credence to other representations and to support other narratives. Post Reply

When Bible scholars interpret the Bible according to the latest evolutionary mythology it’s a very sad day for the church. However, some theologians, who rightly reject evolution mythology, still accept the Genesis gap theory because they believe “scientific evidence” indicates the ages of fossils and rocks, as proposed by evolutionists, appear very old, older than Adam. Hence, the introduction of OEC (Old Earth Creation—ie the earth is millions of years old) as opposed to YEC (Young Earth Creation—ie the earth is only 4000-10,000 years old) Sadly, some theologians who reject evolution, seem unaware the gap theory was introduced by gullible OEC theologians who have swallowed the evolution lie. But theologians who reject the evolution lie have unwillingly adopted the Genesis Gap Theory to make the Bible consistent “science”. But evolution findings, predictions and old age assertions have 👉absolutely nothing👈 to do with real science ‼️‼️‼️ Post Reply

(2 Peter 3:8 and Psalm 90:4) So it is for these people that like to measure time. One takes it with a grain of salt. How do they know what is billions or years old? Were you there when God laid the foundations of the earth? (Job 38:4) Post Reply

(2 Peter 3:8 and Psalm 90:4) LD: For sure. But a ome Gap Theory theologians typically quote 2 Peter 3:8 out of context. Peter is speaking about judgement not the standard length of a 24 hour creation day. W&T: So it is for these people that like to measure time. One takes it with a grain of salt. How do they know what is billions or years old? LD: They don’t know and can’t prove anything being billions of years old. They’re compelled simply by their by their own blind faith and their own predetermined beliefs in evolutionary mythology. There’s not science involved! Some claim the stars are billions of light years away from earth. So they think the travel of starlight proves how ancient the universe is. But books I read on the subject by qualified astronomers, clearly show disagreement. They explain how scientists have yet to agree on the measurement of the speed of light especially as light travels through space. Too many anomalies like gravitational fields to account for and how these things affect the travel of light through space. The current measurement of light travel depends on projecting a light beam onto a reflective object to see how quickly the beam travels to and returns from the object reflecting the beam. The only eyewitness to Creation is God himself and maybe some angels. Since science is about eyewitness examination, you can’t find better science than God’s own eyewitness revelation like that found in the Bible‼️‼️‼️ Post Reply
