I'm just curious to know how many truly chritians are in this website... you know, I've enjoyed the "living chat" sometimes, and I am suprised to see so many xenophobic people there. Mostly won't talk to someone out of the USA, and when someone from another country try to say a simple "hi" people ignore the person. Why is that? Do people think they will start a relationhip if they say 'hi" back? This is rude, I'm just saying. This is NOT the way a truly Christian should behave.

girl womam is right about that, you can stop all the winks and messages from foreign places by going in your mail settings and check the box that blocks users outside our country. When I first got on here, was mostly just foreigners contacting me, where alot of them seemed to get banned after short time frame, too. No need for anything in the profile saying anything negative.
I've learned it's better if someone doesn't send something back. Not everyone is going to be interested. If people here are serious about finding the person to spend the rest of your life with then why is it so important that someone reply to your messages? I've had a lot of foreigners read my profile, I haven't received a message from any of them yet but if I do I won't send something back because I'm just not going to be interested. It's a personal preference of mine, it doesn't mean they can't be good Christian people.
I don't know about anyone else but I'm not here to find internet friendships, I'm here to find the person to spend the rest of my life with. If it doesn't happen that's fine, I can enjoy the message boards but that's my main purpose for being here.

now please try to understand, PEOPLE ARE NOT SAYING ALL NON AMERICANS ARE SCAMMERS. what they are saying is that there is a large percentage who are on this site. people do not want to try to seperate out those who are scamming and those who are.
regarding the verses. again, no one is saying anything or making generalizations about all non americans or people around the world. people are limiting their interactions on this site because it is free and it attracts scammers. several of us have even tried to provide statistics. treating foreigners correctly according to these verses and avoiding scammers on an internet site are two completely different things.
you again seem to disgregard what i have been saying. as i have said, i have lived and traveled around the world. i have been to over 20 countries, lived in 2 others. i love other cultures. i actually prefer women from other countries. that is why i have not blocked communications from outside the US. what i and others have been saying is that on this site, in this mode of communication, it is hard to seperate out those with bad intentions.
